Terms & Conditions

1. Limited Edition Policy

Each Adonis Collective print is part of a strictly limited edition of three per artwork. Every print is individually numbered, signed, and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Once an edition is sold out, no further prints will be produced.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before printing, packaging, or dispatch. Prices listed on the website apply at the time of purchase and may change for future releases.

3. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Due to the exclusive and limited edition nature of these artworks, all sales are final. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted once payment has been made. If your print arrives damaged, you must notify Adonis Collective within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If damage is verified, a replacement print will be issued if stock is available. If the edition is sold out, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Adonis Collective.

 

4. Delivery

Free delivery is offered within South Africa. Delivery times may vary based on courier availability and location. Adonis Collective is not liable for courier delays, missed deliveries, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details at the time of purchase.

5. Artwork Quality & Variations

All prints are quality-checked prior to dispatch. Minor variations in tone, colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of photographic printing and do not constitute defects.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights
Purchasing a print grants ownership of the physical artwork only. All copyright, reproduction rights, digital rights, and commercial usage rights remain the exclusive property of Adonis Collective. Prints may not be scanned, copied, digitised, resold as digital files, or reproduced in any form.

7. Amendments

Adonis Collective reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
